As a Tariff Management Specialist, you’ll work on supporting the development, enhancement, and maintenance of multiple datasets with the goal of ensuring that the set of default negotiated tariffs are properly aligned with our administrative process. You’ll closely collaborate with the Contract Manager, AFC Department, Account Operators and Ops Controlling, to ensure a successful cooperation between sennder and our partners and clients. IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL: - Perform data management activities including but not limited to data auditing and checking deviations from standard tariffs - Give advice about any query, complain or dispute associated to tariffs - Propose and implement process improvements to ensure visibility and traceability - Monitor market updates (e.g fuel price, surcharges, etc.) and provide inputs to internal stakeholders - Run cost analysis, monitor actuals vs budget and track savings - Support the collection and preparation of data for RFQs, and support the analysis of RFQs responses - Ongoing data reporting as requested by management PREFERABLY YOU ARE: - An excellent user of Microsoft Office, in particular excel/Google sheet - Rigorous and methodical - Successfully able to handle multiple demands and competing priorities in a fast-paced start-up environment - Flexible to work extended hours during peak periods, if requested - Able to work as part of a team in order to achieve high-standards goals - Graduated in either Engineering, Business, Mathematics or other related fields - A 2 years experienced as a tariff management specialist, in the logistics & distribution sector - Fully fluent both in English & Italian WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT: - A fast-growing company, transitioning from startup to scale-up, where your work will make an impact on our growth and lead to several career opportunities. - An international team of 800 people with 65 nationalities spread across 7 country offices with English as our company language. - A quarterly feedback and review process for personal development.
