The Trade Marketing Trainee is part of the Italian Sales Team of Disneyland Paris and contributes to the promotion and selling of the destination among travel agents and trade partners. The Trade Marketing Trainee supports the Sales Team in 2 of the most strategic areas: - the execution of the annual trade marketing plan for travel agents, under the supervision of the Trade Marketing Coordinator, and - the maintenance of the CRM in cooperation with the Sales Coordinator and the Field Salesforce Responsibilities: - Support for all creative and communication assets for B2B & B2B2C presentations, trainings, special events, roadshows and fairs from their creation to their delivery, including translation and digital adaptation when needed; - Support for the delivery of all promotional materials for Italian travel agencies, both printed (i.e. POS, brochure, window kits and gadgets) and digital (i.e. newsletters, banners, etc.); - Support for regular update of all digital trade touchpoints: Disney Stars; B2B portal and FB community - Support to create and maintain manual CRM files to monitor ROI of trade marketing activities and to track registrations to Facebook & Disney Stars. Basic Qualifications: - Good knowledge of English written and spoken - Good knowledge of excel, ppt, Adobe and internet browsers Preferred Qualifications: - Knowledge of photo, video and other creative software is a plus Required Education: - Bachelor’s degree in Economics with interest in Sales & Marketing (digital and non) and in the Tourism Industry
