Based in our offices in Reggio Emilia, you will be responsible for the overall HR support. You assist the General Manager and HR Manager on various people projects in - and outside of Italy. This is an international role, in which you can truly grow your career in HR. You will report to our HR Manager in Turkey, so we need you to be an independent and efficient worker, who likes to work with regular remote guidance. Learning and developing your skills are important for you and you have good attention to detail, so that we can rely on your quality of work. As an HR person, you are a good communicator, understand what people management means and you work in a structured and organized way. Of course you know your way around the Italian labour law topics. Because of the international nature of our business, most communication will be in English. In addition to being a (near) native Italian speaker, your command of the English language (spoken and written) is very good. What we ask you to take responsibility for: HR SYSTEMS Help maintain integrity of all HR databases/technologies including HRIS, Intranet, job descriptions, handbooks, policies, and procedures to ensure they are up-to-date and accurate Ensure that regulatory and other scheduled reports are completed Handle various requests including HR procedures and system questions, troubleshooting on HRIS, Time & Attendance, Intranet and OneDrive RECRUITING: Coordinate onboarding and off-boarding activities, new hire orientation processes and procedures HR: Provide support for performance management, merit cycle, learning and development, employee surveys and other HR projects Support change management initiatives of the organization Assist HR Manager with various research projects and/or other special projects Handle and answer employee's questions concerning policies, benefits, vacation, wages and other inquiries Follow up on compliance effectiveness with code of conduct and other audits Analyze HR data and metrics, process invoices for various vendors Assist with payroll To help you be successful, we ask you to bring: Preferably a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related discipline Ideally 1-2 years of experience in a Human Resources role in Italy Knowledge of and experience with HRIS systems Proficiency with MS Office package
