Management Control Specialist
will be responsible for: The definition of the multi-year plan, the budget (monthly assignment of costs/revenue), and periodic forecasting and pre-closing for the Department Verification of correct planning and accounting for elements subject to investment Analysis of monthly figures and reporting of activities Verification of correct application, during the planning and accounting phase, of indications in the Industrial Accounting manual Periodic preparation of Department Reports for individual Budget Units, in relation to Capex, income for the period, Opex, ANR, and numbers and costs for personnel managed Ensure sharing and observance of the deadlines set by the calendar for monthly accounting, with particular reference to the phase of claiming/zeroing transitory accounting items Preparation of accounting items required for recording costs/revenues for non-regulated activities Preparation of Inventory Change Sheets to update assets linked to infrastructure subject to investment Management of active invoicing for sales/recovery of materials removed during works Main requirements At least one year of experience within a company and/or in consultancy, preferably in the field of management control Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office (particularly Excel and Power Point) is required Knowledge of corporate platforms and IT systems will be considered a plus (ERP SAP, Tagetik, Business Intelligence) We offer a workplace where people can effectively
