The purpose of the role is to help the School Director to be efficient and maintain a good relationship with Internal teams and Partners. The position work closely with all direct reports and cross-functional departments to facilitate communication, guarantee an efficient collaboration and drive organizational goals. Responsibilities: Organize and maintain the School Director's agenda, appointments, trips and scheduling, ensuring efficient time management and prioritization of meetings and events, coordinating logistics and proving necessary documentation Handle confidential information with discretion, maintaining a high level of professionalism with internal and external interlocutors Produce documentation and reports for special projects Collect and prepare information for meetings with staff and external partners Complete expense reports and process invoices Skills: At least 3-5 years of experience in this role Perfect knowledge of English language Perfect knowledge of Office suite, in particular Power Point and Excel High level in organization skills High level in communications and writing skills Proactivity and capability in working under pressure
