Junior Project Manager (Rome) - Apprenticeship

Tasks Your responsibilities: - Work with Sr Project Manager on multiple projects to ensure an excellent execution and deliver on-budget and on-time - Support for coordination, plan, schedule, and track in detail the implementation of projects including the cost, schedule and performance, status of projects and budgets, develops, manages schedules and prepares status reports - Use specific project engineering software tools - Track project status, assess project risks and blockers - Track and own some elements of the continuous quality improvement efforts such as localization quality assurance and localization and engineering bug triage - Work closely with stakeholders and handle communication with linguists, product management, and sales and marketing team Requirements: Must have: - You are under 29 and you are going to graduate or you are graduated in master degree in Electrical Engineering or Management Engineering - Ability to balance multiple cross-functional stakeholders with varying needs of complexity - Flexibility to deal with changes, delays, interruptions, and unexpected events - Fluent in both Italian and English - You have the aspiration to develop a technical path and grow - Excellent communication skills (verbal and written): you are able to break down complex topics into simple solutions and ideas Benefits: What We Can Offer You - A culture that fosters inclusion, diversity and innovation - Market specific training and on-going personal development - You are trained as Project Manager for Building Automation Controls, Fire Alarm, Security and systems installations of various sizes - A stimulating and international working environment with big challenges to be met every day - An environment where curiosity is highly appreciated and where we guarantee a continuous training What else do you have to know?
