Our company is constantly evolving and growing keeping ALWAYS SAFETY as a core value, so for further improvement and grow of our activities we are looking for a HSE COORDINATOR for foreign construction site in one of our International Projects to join our International and multicultural HSSE TEAM. The main activities you will carry out are, but not limited to: - Collaborate and coordinate with Corporate HSSE Manager, to whom functionally report; - Coordination of HSE Officers and HSE Engineers, foreigners and locals; - Coordinate with jobsite management the activities to be perform; - Produce, implement, control and adapt safety instructions for the jobsite coordinated with HSSE Manager; - Promote the SAFETY CULTURE ; - Ensure compliance with applicable regulations and laws; - Develop and implement strategies and action plans that ensure sustainable development; - Identify, Analyze, correct and minimize the risks related to all activities proposing the necessary safety measures and verifying, through HSE Officers, its implementation and control; - Ensure that staff are properly informed and trained, verifying the training plan and promoting it; - Collect process and analyze HSE indicators (KPIs) to develop corporate HSE strategies. Nebosh certificate is considered as a plus. He/she must have at least two years of experience in the Oil & Gas sector or in challenging civil infrastructures; Contratto di lavoro: Tempo pieno, Tempo indeterminato Disponibilità: - Dal lunedì al venerdì Possibilità di pendolarismo/trasferimento: - Parma, Emilia-Romagna: Poter raggiungere agevolmente la sede lavorativa o avere intenzione di trasferirsi prima di iniziare il lavoro (Obbligatorio)
