We are looking for a highly motivated 3GPP Standardization Delegate to join the technical team of our esteemed client, a global leader in licensing intellectual pro perty rights with 40 years of industry presence. The main responsibility of the 3GPP Standardization Delegate is to act as the representative of our client at 3GPP standardization meetings. In this role, the delegate will be responsible for closely monitoring the development of 3GPP standards and associated intellectual property (IP) rights. Additionally, the delegate plays a crucial role in offering insights guide future research activities within the organization. His/her responsibilities include: Represent the organization in the 3GPP RAN1 and/or RAN2 meetings and improve the influence of our customers on standards. Gain insights into the research direction of innovative technologies oriented to device applications and provide reports to the technical and new business team. Perform patent analyses related to 3GPP standards. Requirements: Master’s degree in electrical engineering, telecommunications, computer science or equivalent. Fluent English (spoken and written). Knowledge of 3GPP standards, in particular the 5G technology . Excellent communication skills, especially intercultural communication. Ability to work effectively both independently and collaboratively within a team, fostering cooperation and contributing positively, whether in-person or remotely. Desired skills: Experience as a 3GPP delegate. Doctoral work on the above-mentioned technologies and communication standards. Basic knowledge of the patent system.
