For our client, a leader multinational company in heating and plumbing sector, we are looking for a: TECHNICAL SUPPORT SPECIALIST.

Main Responsibilities :

  • Advice and assistance to staff and customers in product handling, taking applicable norms and regulations into account
  • Holding product-training sessions for staff and support in holding customer training sessions
  • Internal expert for purposes of technical complaint process
  • Communication of technical product information to Sales
  • Support for country managers in detailed technical questions relating to products
  • Consolidation of new requirements by market to be met by Division.

Job Skills and Requirements :

  • Technical Institute Diploma or recent graduate in Engineering
  • At least 3/5 years of experience in the same role. The experience made in heating and plumbing field will be considered a stronger plus.
  • Good knowledge in written/spoken English is mandatory
  • Expertise in technical analysis
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office
