Chiesi Corporate Functions These are all the functions based in Parma supporting the business: Global HR, Global ICT, Global Finance, Global Communication and Public Affairs, Shared Values & Sustainability, Corporate Internal Auditing, Global Strategy & Corporate Development, Legal & Corporate Affairs, Global Procurement. Who we are looking for Main Responsibilities All activities in connection with the administration and formal processing of industrial property rights in Italy and abroad Travel planning (via BizTravel) and expense reimbursement management (via Concur); Management of internal purchasing procedures (RdA/CM) and budget control (via SAP); Support for registration for courses and/or conferences; Drafting and review of secrecy and consulting contracts (through Dikesi: contract uploading, management and legalization); Support in managing communication with external Chiesi partners; Organization/management of agendas and meetings (including organizing buffets, lunches, dinners and logístical support for outside guests); Management services for new hires; Organization and Management Agenda Manager Reference; Supplier contact and management Experience Required 2 years in the position or equivalent, acquired in in-house or private practice Education Degree is considered a plus Languages Fluent English Technical Skills Knowledge of operational platforms (e.g. SAP, Self Service, Concur, BizTravel, Dikesi) Knowledge of the Office package (e.g. Excel, Word, Power Point) Soft Skills Attention to details Planning and organizational skills Communication skills Adaptability and flexibility What we offer You would join a dynamic, fast-growing, challenging and friendly environment.
