We are now looking for a Italian speaking Customer Success Manager' could that be you? What you'll be doing: - Proactively developing customer relationships in your region that promote retention and loyalty. - Work closely with customers to ensure they are satisfied with the services they receive and to improve upon areas of dissatisfaction by ensuring value. - Provide technical support and advise customers' with the goal to keep customers satisfied' with the offered products and services. - Be the first point of contact' answering questions and solving issues in the most efficient manner for the business and the customer. - Provide training on products and services by educating customers on the flexibility and capabilities of the software so customers are encouraged to continue using the services overtime. You will do great in this role if you have/are - Professional proficiency in Italian and English - Strong and engaging communication skills - Structured' solution-oriented and resourceful - Customer focus attitude and commercial mindset - Proactive' flexible and strong capability of working in a team as well as independently and the ability to prioritize own workload and efficiently manage your time - Eye for accuracy and ability to be analytical and technical at the same time - Experience in the construction industry is a plus - Knowledge in CRM Salesforce is a plus Practicalities The position is located at our headquarters in Malmö and we have a hybrid working model.
