If you want to be part of our ambition and you are looking for a People Administration Specialist & Legal Counsel: - to join our Global Legal, People & Culture function_ : - now_ What are we looking for? - Solid expertise with Italian Law. Knowledge of safety law and regulations will be considered a plus; - Good experience to edit and review contracts in IT and EN, with focus on tender and Supply Chain contracts - Legal traineeship/qualification for legal profession; - Fluent English. What will you be doing? - Provides legal advice to the organization on all legal matters with a specific focus on Italian safety and environmental issues; - Handles national legal and litigation complaints; - Deals with the updating of company policies, procedures and programs and related training; - Supports the Company in the review of active and passive contracts, with primary focus on Italian agreement; - Takes cares of the people administrative life-cycle events (hiring, promotion, dismissal, movements expat and inpat activities, etc.) assuring accuracy and contributing to make positive the employee experience; - Is in charge for insurances and founds, facilitating communication with the employees; - Supports activities and initiatives related to Trade Unions; - Manages the disciplinary process and litigations; - Guarantees employment and consultancy agreements aligned with laws and regulations; - Supports initiatives and services oriented to make higher the people spending power, their wellbeing and health, together with their families.
