A leading Company in the catering supplies sector, with an Italian branch located between Milan and Brescia, is looking for:

2 SHOWROOM SALES EMPLOYEES

Ideal profile

1. High-school Diploma, with excellent curriculum studiorum;
2. Proven experience of working within a sales service role, in structured companies seeking a progressive move, preferably operating within the Food&Beverage industry;
3. Excellent communicational and organizational skills; ability, flexibility and habit to work both independently and in teams; ability to manage a variety of tasks;
4. Strong focus towards deepening; analytical skills, rigor, precision;
5. Ability to multi-task work under stress and in short time; strong flexibility, dynamism;
6. High degree of self-management; desire to learn and proven high standards to match customer expectations;
7. Candidate of a serious, responsible morality of absolute trust; strong sense of responsibility;
8. Strong motivation for further growth within the company, both from a professional and personal point of view;
9. Italian and English fluent, written and spoken; preferable knowledge of German, written and spoken;
10. PC literate (MS Office email, Word, Excel);
11. Domicile in the North-East Lombardy Area (Milan-Brescia).

Job Description

The selected candidates will perform - responding to Showroom Manager - the following activities:

Enter the orders received (responding to sales enquires via e-mail, telephone and from external sales team) and verify their correctness, assisting customers with product selections;
Manage relationships with customers, in terms of after-sales support;
Recognize any changes in orders relative to prices and quantity;
Manage communication flows with the customer regarding information on the various orders and their progress;
Manage customer databases, complaints and any disputes, in synergy with the administration;
Supervise the switchboard and commercial correspondence;
Support the marketing activity with translations of brochures;
Guarantee periodic reporting activities related to the role;
Handling of some small projects and general sales administration;
Other activities defined by the management.

Availability: immediate.
Workplace: in Italy, North-East Lombardy Area (Milan-Brescia).
Indicative allocation and salary: permanent contract, full-time, with trial period and training in Germany; remuneration to be defined in relation to candidate's abilities and experience.
