About the job For our Cluster Business Services division in Milan we are looking as of now for a Legal Trainee. During your internship you’ll be part of a dynamic team and you’ll have visibility on all the company’s departments and you’ll contribute to the achievements of your team. About the job You’ll support the companies of our two divisions for legal matters in their day by day relation with several stakeholders: internal as HR, Marketing, Operations, Finance and Sales and external as legal firms, agencies, and consultants. In details, you’ll be involved in the following activities: - Providing legal assistance in drafting, reviewing and negotiating different kinds of contracts (amongst which NDAs, supply, license, services, sponsorship, sale and distribution agreements); - Providing legal advice on day-to-day matters related to civil, commercial, marketing, corporate and intellectual property law; - Managing the governance of the Italian companies (organizing the BoD and Shareholders’ meetings, reviewing the relevant resolutions, overseeing compliance with any necessary following formalities with the public records and any other corporate fulfillment); - Complying with any internal reporting duties; - Managing any litigations and coordinating external consultants; - Legal researches on data-bases; - Organizing trainings on various legal topics. About you About you To be able to achieve the above and be successful in this role, we believe you need to have: - Master’s degree in Law and/or Compliance; - Preferably one year of experience in a similar role or in a law firm; - Problem solving and entrepreneurial thinking; - Structured and analytical way of working; - Relational skills and flexibility; - Previous experience in Compliance and/or Legal area will be a plus; - Fluent in English.
