The School Office Manager will need to devote himself/herself with strong motivation to the life and initiatives of the school. He/she will be the primary point of contact for the school community. MAIN TASKS - Oversee the day-to-day administration of the school office, including the management of administrative staff, planning and organizing their work; - Collaborate with central accounting in the management of school administration; - Play a liason role with headquarter departments; - Support the Head of School in planning and implementing school projects/events; - Maintain contact with school families, ensuring effective efficient communication; - Manage cross-channel leads, guiding prospective students and their families throughout their journey to enrollment; - Support the design, planning and implementation of awareness and recruiting events (open days); - Support Management in analyzing, managing and reporting structured data and statistics and in monitoring and planning activities of the Marketing, Sales and Admissions division.
