This offer is made for you!We are looking for a : WSE SELLER M/W in our UDINE Proshop for a fixed-term contract (100% Full-time ) starting as soon as possible until March 31st 2024, comfortable with textiles and technical equipment.Within a dynamic team, and reporting to the Store Manager, your main mission will be to provide customers with the best quality of service by gathering and satisfying their needs and wishes, thus allowing them to appreciate the full potential of the Brand, and to increase their loyalty thanks to an adapted communication in line with the values and culture of the Rossignol Group.Sales : Serve the customer in accordance with the Group's sales processes,Provide impeccable customer service by welcoming, listening and accompanying the customer beyond his or her needs, while demonstrating an excellent knowledge of the products, as well as the history and heritage of the GroupEnsure cross-selling and up-selling for all product categories.Discuss and advise the customer on general trends and developments in the sportswear market, while demonstrating passion for fashion and sportswear products.Establish and strengthen relationships with the customer, according to the different nationalities and personalities, and put the customer at ease.Foster open and constructive communication with team members, collaborate and propose efficient solutions.Participate in the visual presentation of products in accordance with the Group's visual standards.Maintain and set up the store in accordance with corporate policy and proceduresEnsure the replenishment of products and the physical inventory of goodsManagement of the cash register :Ensure customer information is updated and maintained in accordance with corporate tools (CRM) to retain the customer and identify potential new customersEnsure the achievement of individual and collective objectives, improve and develop the businessEnsure product registration and collectionManagement of the ski/boots laboratory : 3 years or more of experience of managing skis and boots preparationBe able to mount bindings in all typology of skisBe an expert on all ski tuning characteristicsBe an expert on boots first fitting and providing insolesYou have experience in a similar position within a Retail Fashion or Sportswear company.You have a taste for challenge, pursuing and exceeding individual and collective objectives.Passionate about fashion and sportswear, you have a very good knowledge of fashion and sportswear products.You have excellent commercial awareness and knowledge of customer behavior, and you know how to adapt to the cultural differences of customers.You are a team player with strong communication skills.Fluency in English is mandatory and italian.Founded in the French Alps, Rossignol has inspired the mountain experience since 1907.
