The successful candidate will be reporting to the Board of Directors and will have the opportunity to initiate a new concept within the public sector that will drive changeMAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESDevelop high quality business strategies and plans, ensuring their alignment with short-term and long-term objectives of Mo.Re Manage and direct the company to achieve its primary goals and objectives Engage in effective management while setting priorities that will ensure long-term business success in both short-term goals as well as future planning stages. Build the company's brand and reputation, Successfully deliver company's initial projects Hiring the initial team and oversee the recruitment process at an executive level within the company. Recruiting and retaining high level industry specialists Prepare the company's budget and monitor day-to-day business activities, ensuring operations work within time and budget including adhering to the corresponding legal requirements Create the organizational structure and internal procedures of the company Report to the Board of Directors and any other relevant stakeholders on the progress of strategic objectives in accordance with the governance framework of the company Provide specialized guidance and support to all staff and be responsible for the company's overall operations CANDIDATE PROFILEMinimum 5 years experience in a similar position or in leading a business unit, preferably in the consulting industry, in conjunction with significant experience in management consulting within the public sector or focused on public sector projects Preferable experience in IT consulting/business Experience in a startup organisation will be considered as an advantage Ability to multi-task and manage various business functions including Marketing, Business Development, Finance and Human Resources. Fluency in English language. Greek language will be considered as a strong advantage. Self-motivated and strategically oriented Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Flexibility and adaptability with leadership and a high level of social and emotional intelligence skills. Excellent planning skills to implement strategies to meet the organisation's goals set by the board of directors. Ability to manage and motivate a newly established team.
