We make sure to teach the team what we know and learn what we don't know.We firmly believe in transparency and dialogue and we encourage free initiative and a critical sense to make the best decisions and reach goals in record time.We are looking for a Chief Marketing Officer with more than 5 years of experience in relevant marketing roles and a proven track record leading and developing diverse marketing teams at scale in a fast-paced environment, who will be in charge of the following activities:- Lead and develop the overall marketing strategy, setting goals and objectives in alignment with top level internal & external stakeholders- Develop and map out a clear 1, 2 & 5-year marketing strategy that aligns with our brand values and goals- Oversee the planning, development and execution of an ambitious marketing budget, with a results-oriented approach- Perform research on the Crypto market, latest trends, and competition to spot opportunities for the growth of our business- Analyse the success of marketing campaigns and drive marketing decisions based on KPIs, meet ambitious growth KPIs- Build and lead the marketing team and manage relevant marketing communities- Play a core leadership role across the business as part of the Leadership Team, reporting your successes back to the team, wider company and board- Work with finance to set targets, goals and budgets for your team Required Skills :- Strong understanding of the B2C marketing space, with a complete understanding of a marketing mix- Strong understanding of how to analyze the success of marketing campaigns and drive marketing decisions based on KPIs, meeting ambitious growth KPIs- Strong knowledge and passion for cryptocurrency, blockchain, DeFi, NFTs, DAOs- A demonstrable track record of helping coordinate a growing marketing organization (people, process and systems)- Experience of representing marketing on a Leadership Team- Experience of working in scale-up environments or proof of scaling- Excellent English language skillsWhat we offer:- An informal, young and dynamic context- Tailor-made growth path- Continuous training- Constant feedback for continuous improvement- Flexible working hours and possibility of remote workingThose interested in this position can send their resume stating that they grant authorization for the processing of personal data based on art. 13 of Legislative Decree 196/03 and art. 13 of the GDPR (EU Regulation 2016/679).
