Job Description The position will work to support the communication and marketing needs of our clients. Assisting in developing necessary strategic and tactical plans to ensure client/agency goal achievement. Gathering, organizing and analyzing key data-- synthesizing for communication purposes. Writing and building clear, persuasive PowerPoint presentations and other client, communication materials for a variety of audiences. Updating and maintaining status reports, spreadsheets and other tracking documents. Fostering and maintaining strong client and team relationships. Attending and participating, as needed, in internal and external meetings, updating the internal database with works, timing and costs.QualificationsBachelor degree levelItalian mother thongue + Fluent English, any other language is a plus2+years agency account management experience international coordination, global client preferredStrategic mindset and analytical thinkerProven relationship-building skillsA good knowledge of internet and Microsoft Office, particularly within Excel and PowerPointTeam worker, listening, verbal and written communication skillsIntercultural awareness and sensitivityInterest/passion for marketingA self-starter that works independently
