The O pportunity**

Be part of an inspiring team as a Control Room Operator and Customer Support in Milan, securing digital payments and transactions. This 12-month temporary position offers the chance to manage card management and fraud intake while monitoring critical payment systems around the clock. **Day-to-Day Responsibilities***

  • Manage inbound calls from client for card management and fraud intake topics
  • Identify the status of the service
  • Detect critical situations
  • Take immediate action if necessary, in accordance with the established procedures
  • Analyse the impact on payment transactions
  • Notify the specialist resolution team
  • Notify external clients if needed
  • Take part in the evaluation of the escalation process in order to detect any improvements
