Job Summary: Responsibilities: Strongly support locally the Regional and Global strategic organizational transformation projects (IT systems migrations, updates, etc.) and implementation of infrastructure standards and corporate policies. Coordinate IT support, providing first-level assistance, if necessary. Act 1st level escalation and ensure efficient escalation to 2nd level IT issues to Regional/third party vendors/partners. Gather and prioritize local demand and raise this to vendors or regional IT management as appropriate. Responsible to manage & Report local IT budget. Lead local IT Infrastructure projects and partner with Regional team in implementing Regional/global projects within country. Fulfil and complete internal and internal IT audit assessment and requirement. Manage local IT asset and responsible for commissioning, decommissioning and assignation to user of IT devices by working with service provider. Oversee timeframes for IT projects including system updates, upgrades, migrations, outages, and manages impact on local IT organizations. Support Global IT on identification, analysis, and mitigation of IT risks through local implementation and coordination of systems, policies, and procedures. Experience: High School Diploma (IT) or Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Management Engineering, or other relevant discipline and at least 1 years experiences in IT roles. Skilled in managing IT and operating infrastructures systems and in the analysis of hardware and software. Ability to plan, manage, prioritize projects and strong Project Management Skills. Technical skills and knowledge in IT infrastructure (network services and protocols). Fluent in English (written & verbal)
