Job Summary: OVERVIEW OF ROLE/KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: - Day to day accounting and bookkeeping, monthly reconciliations, including payroll - Processing of payments to suppliers - Processing of expense reports - Administrative support to local office & management - Responsible for resolving customer & supplier related issues - Supports the monthly and annual closure of the Italian financial statements for both Group reporting purposes (IFRS) and Statutory filing purposes - Analysis of monthly results to respond to any queries from EMEA or Corporate management - Responsible for relationship with external consultants and annual audit & related filing of financial statements and tax returns - Assists with financial and tax audits, as required. - Assisting with other accounting tasks, as assigned by a supervisor, including preparation of ad-hoc reports to management SKILLS/EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS: - Post secondary training in Accounting, or Administrative studies - 2-3 years of experience in Accounting - Good interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written) - Good language skill in Italian and English - Good organizational skills - Computer proficiency in Word, Excel, Microsoft Outlook, Workday (Financials), Zuccetti
