Operations Manager

On behalf of our team in Italy we are looking for a DESP Operations Manager who will be in charge of designing and documenting the service operations approach. Serco, within DESP is in charge of: performing 24/7 operations of the DESP IAM Service and Data Cache Management Service and coordinating DESP core services operation performed by DESP consortium. Responsibilities: Definition of all processes  to manage DESP operations including roles, responsibilities and deliverables. Documentation and regular update of the operations management approach in a Operations Management Plan. Coordination of operations activities performed by Serco and partners including on-call organization. Provide requirements for the operations monitoring set-up and service evolutions. Participate to integration meeting with various stakeholders. Regular reporting to DESP service manager on service operations. Profile: Fluent in spoken and written English. Process thinking approach. Ability to create, follow and report about activity plans. Proactive approach. Ability to build relationship with commercial partners based on trust+C43.
