To perform quality assurance and quality control services over the construction of commercial buildings with specific focus on Mechanical, Electrical and Special Systems. The candidate will join a fully integrated team of professionals. The candidate will join a Construction Management team performing quality control services for the construction of commercial buildings under the regulation of Italian so called Direzione Lavori. He shall demonstrate previous experience with both the design of MEP systems for civil construction, knowledge of applicable regulations, as well as the ability to manage the delivery of the construction services. He shall prove knowledge of international sustainability protocols such as LEED and Well and basic knowledge about Net Zero consctruction and reduction of CO2 emissions. Minimum Requirements - From 5 to 10 years of professional experience in the design and construction of commercial buildings.
