Your Role and Responsibilities Customer Success Develop executive relationships at assigned customers; create referenceable customer's case histories Become a trusted customer partner through consultative selling approach Bring "the best of Kyndryl" Commercial Success Recommend whether to engage and where a potential opportunity may arise Collaborate with the Senior Partner and the account team to drive success Responsible for identifying and executing end-to-end profitable opportunities including shaping of the deal, customer engagement, and deal closing Collaborate with teams across Kyndryl as appropriate to drive growth and sales Distinctive Expertise Have strong knowledge of Kyndryl's offerings and translates into actionable customer solutions Develop and bring knowledge in banking industry to foster deep solution knowledge Ensure customer satisfaction and act with integrity Required Technical and Professional Expertise - Preferred Technical and Professional Experience - Required Education Bachelor's Degree Preferred Education Bachelor's Degree Kyndryl is committed to creating a diverse environment and is proud to be an equal opportunity employer.
