For our brand ACUVUE we are looking for a Professional Education & Development Associate for a maternity cover.

The Assosiate will be responsible for educational plan, internal and external training, alignment with Marketing and Sales departments

Main responsabilities:

• Deliver the annual Strategic Plan for professional activities in ITALY. Ensure ACUVUE products are used correctly by eye care practitioners (ECPs).
• Support Sales team on the field to detailing ACUVUE product.Develop & execute concepts of technical & theoretical education of professionals that sell/recommend ACUVUE products to ensure correct usage for long term business/market development.
• Cooperation with Commercial Compliance, HCC and Legal to ensure an appropriate framework for educational initiatives.

Qualifications :

• Bachelor Degree Optician-Optometrist
• Highly recommended minimum 2 years of experience in fitting contact lens
• Fluent Italian, Intermediate English
• Driving license B
