We are looking for a Concierge to join our luxury hotel Anantara Convento di Amalfi. The position of Concierge in the hotel is unique and challenging. He/She performs a role as an information provider, diplomat, salesperson, ticket manager, hotel representative and public relation agent. This service is delivered with politeness, efficiency and friendliness as we aim to continually exceed our guest's expectation. KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Please note that this is not an exhaustive list of everything that needs to be done. Anantara employees always find new ways to look after the business, their guests, and their colleagues. Within this, the key responsibilities for this position are: ·         To anticipate guest needs and handle guest inquiries to the full satisfaction of the guest. ·         To be knowledgeable on all facts of the hotel product and services, and the area in which the hotel is located. ·         To oversee operations of the bell section and transportation operations.
