RESPONSABILITIES MAIN FOCUS: Drive the agents to follow and find new Franchisee partners. select and evaluate offers for leasing, buying and selling or renting a company, in relation to the company's new sales points, analysing their potential profitability; maintain relationships with intermediaries, owners and investors for the definition of the terms and conditions of rental contracts; constantly monitor the performance of the company's points of sale, analysing possible solutions to manage the rental costs of points of sale that show insufficient performance; Coordinate activities for new openings (our strategy focuses on a slower retails opening VS strong partnering) Profile: Master's degree, preferably in economics Excellent knowledge of English, second language preferable Excellent knowledge of Excel Excellent negotiation skills and ability to work towards objectives and priorities Availability to travel within the national territory Level of experience : two to 5 years' experience in real estate, preferably in companies operating in retail trade.
