Job Description : We are seeking a friendly and enthusiastic Barmaid to join our team at an esteemed hotel in the Middle East (specific location undisclosed). As a Barmaid, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional service to our guests, creating a welcoming atmosphere in our bar, and delivering memorable beverage experiences.

Responsibilities :

• Greet guests warmly upon arrival, engage with them in a friendly and professional manner, and assist in seating and taking drink orders.
• Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including cocktails, mocktails, beers, wines, and non-alcoholic drinks, following recipes and standards for quality and presentation.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the bar area, including stocking supplies, cleaning glassware, and sanitizing surfaces, to ensure a safe and inviting environment.
• Process guest orders accurately and efficiently using the hotel's POS system, handling cash transactions, and processing payments in compliance with established procedures.
• Monitor guest satisfaction, anticipating needs, and addressing any concerns or requests promptly and courteously to ensure a positive experience.
• Collaborate with other members of the bar and restaurant team to ensure smooth service and coordination of food and beverage offerings.
• Stay knowledgeable about menu items, daily specials, and promotions to provide accurate information and recommendations to guests.
• Assist in maintaining inventory levels by restocking supplies, taking inventory, and notifying management of any shortages or discrepancies.
• Adhere to all relevant health, safety, and sanitation guidelines, including responsible alcohol service practices, to maintain a safe and hygienic environment.
• Participate in training sessions and ongoing professional development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge of beverage service and hospitality.

Requirements :

• Previous experience as a Barmaid, Bartender, or in a similar role in a hospitality setting is preferred.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills, with the ability to interact positively with guests and colleagues.
• Basic knowledge of beverages, including cocktails, spirits, wines, and beers, and a willingness to learn and expand knowledge in this area.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, multitask, and prioritize tasks while maintaining composure under pressure.
• Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as required by the demands of the hospitality industry.
• Fluency in English is required; proficiency in additional languages is advantageous.

Pay: From €1,200.00 per month
