Front Office Agent

Job Description We are looking for one receptionist to welcome our guests at Novotel Milano Linate. As the first point of contact for our hotel, the receptionist will play a crucial role to impact positively our guest.   Responsibilities: Check in and check out Allocation rooms coordinating with the housekeeping department. Anticipating guests needs and handle their inquiries Having a complete knowledge of the hotel, including room types, relative features and facilities, rates, F&B outlets and promotions, etc. During the night shift, you are responsible for the activities such as: hotel closing, cash collection, and anticipating the needs of the next day. Qualifications Careful of others and the environment around you: you contribute to making the stay as impeccable as unforgettable by bringing your little personal touch! With a strong team spirit and a keen sense of interpersonal skills, you are attentive to the needs of guests.
