Over 120 Linklaters tax experts worldwide advise on all aspects of cross-border and transactional tax matters. Particular fields of expertise include M&A and joint ventures, capital raising, tax based and structured finance, as well as real estate and investment funds. The ideal candidate must be graduated in Economics and must possess a desire to work within an international environment of excellence, where they will have the chance to collaborate on the most interesting deals. As part of a global and extensive practice, teamwork is essential, and you will often collaborate with colleagues in our overseas offices. The ideal candidate should be passionate, eager to learn, enterprising, flexible, available, precise and capable of working in a team. Key requirements: Economics degree from an Italian University with excellent academic credentials; Previous experience in Tax matters would be an added advantage; Thesis in Tax matters is a plus; Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills ; Proficiency level in English (C1 level required); Knowledge of MS Office (Word, PowerPoint and Excel)
