Demand Planner Intern

At STERIS, we help our Customers create a healthier and safer world by providing innovative healthcare and life science product and service solutions around the globe.Position SummaryWe are looking for a Demand Planner Intern to join our team base in Pomezia (Roma). In this role he/she will support the team to define the production plan and generate work orders, as well as issue purchase orders. He/she will provide support to coordinate and monitor the materials flow (inbound/outbound) to make sure sales orders are properly and timely fulfilled, working closely with Customer Service, Logistics & Warehouse and Procurement to ensure an adequate products supply to the customers. He/she will provide support to monitor key metrics and run demand/forecast analysis.Duties Analyse monthly statistical forecast and forecast error to make changes/recommendations for inclusion into the demand plan as part of the EMEA S&OP process. Generate lots and issue work orders to freeze the production plan Share results and analysis with many individuals and groups including sales, marketing, finance and operations.
