You will work at Ferentino site within the Supply Chain Team as member of the Client Service group. You will be main contact for all relevant Supply Chain topics for our customers, from forecast to orders, order progresses, batch tracking, invoicing, reports, goods movements, API receipt. The resource will ensure: - the correct fulfillment of orders and customer satisfaction, with reference to delivery times and methods, through the management of relations with the customer, the analysis and interpretation of requests made in relation to individual orders, verifying their feasibility in collaboration with the manager and in coordination with the Planning department, Business Unit, with the reference Business Manager, colleagues at group level, shipping team and warehouse. She/He monitor the execution of orders in compliance with the procedures and guidelines defined for the area, coordinating with the internal and external technical structures (shippers, suppliers, customs officers); - ensure the maintenance of the MRP system and the MySupply platform by updating forecasts, product orders and materials from the Customer, to ensure alignment with company metrics - How will you get here? The resource will reach the task: - ensuring the management of forecasts and sales orders received from customers, through their receipt and loading in the SAP system, order loading for direct customers, checking orders for customers with intercompany contracts, verifying their feasibility through internal huddles and meetings with customers, in compliance with the conditions set out in the specific contract; they monitor its progress with Planning, Production and Quality, within the various huddles (Business Units, Readiness, other) and as part of the S&OP process; keeping the customer constantly updated on compliance with the agreed times, organizing shipments or collection of products in collaboration with the shipping team and warehouse, to achieve the financial and OTIF or OTD targets requested on the site. - Participating in dedicated teleconferences with customers for the Supply Chain, internal team meetings; work proactively to resolve issues presented by the client, giving effective and timely feedback; send required documents or reports on time (periodic inventories; tracker; shipping documents). - Guarantying the billing of products in accordance with the terms of the contract and / or in accordance with the indications provided by Finance, both for products with direct contracts and with those with intercompany contracts - In line with production plans, coordinate with customers for the procurement of active ingredients and other materials supplied by them, taking care of the import practices if necessary and the practices for proper reception. Take care of imports and exports of goods destined for the production site by interfacing with freight forwarders, customs consultants and the sender / recipient of the goods (customers and non-customers). - Contributing to implement departmental or site projects at the level of flows and systems according to the indications of the superior. - Knowledge, Skills, Abilities This role requires team work skills, determination, problem solving skills, good knowledge office pack, good English knowledge both written and spoken. We look for: - Technical or management degree (plus) - Experience of at least 2 y or more in a business environment or in logistic/Supply Chain activities - Import/Export knowledge - SAP knowledge of Supply Chain related modules - APICS (plus)
