HR Manager

Chaberton Professionals, a division of Chaberton Partners dedicated to the search and selection of Middle Management profiles, is currently looking for a/one for a company operating in the Industrial sector: HR Manager

The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for supporting the HR department in various tasks, including employee relations, benefits administration, and recruitment. This individual will play a key role in ensuring that our employees are supported and engaged and that our HR processes run smoothly and efficiently.

Responsibilities :

• Provide support to employees with HR-related questions and concerns
• Manage employee benefits, including enrollments, changes, and terminations
• Assist with the recruitment process, including posting job openings, reviewing resumes, and scheduling interviews
• Help to maintain employee files and HR databases
• Assist with the administration of performance management and employee recognition programs

Requirements :

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field
• 4-5 years of experience in an HR support role
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
• Detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR software

Stipendio: €40.000,00 - €70.000,00 all'anno
