First Line Leader – Reparto Packaging & Nasal Spray

Il First Line Leader ha l’obiettivo di garantire nell'ambito di procedure, metodi predefiniti e delle deleghe ricevute, la realizzazione dei piani operativi assegnati, nel rispetto degli obiettivi prefissati, concentrandosi per almeno il 70% del suo tempo sulle linee, sviluppando le competenze del proprio team e assicurando uno standard elevato di sicurezza, qualità e servizio del reparto.

In questo ruolo, tu…

  • Governerai il performance management dell’area;

  • Identificherai e risolverai i problemi in tempo reale applicando il processo di problem solving, coinvolgendo le persone dell’area e le funzioni aziendali di riferimento;

  • Gestirai le persone nel turno e le guiderai al fine di raggiungere gli obiettivi, assicurando l'aderenza agli standard di sicurezza, qualità e conformità;

  • Lavorerai con il team per sviluppare le capacità sia dei singoli che del gruppo con la finalità di raggiungere i target e sviluppare il miglioramento continuo;

  • Manterrai relazioni efficaci con le altre funzioni aziendali (QA, Ingegneria, Logistica) al fine di raggiungere soluzioni tempestive e definitive alle problematiche;

  • Rappresenterai un modello di riferimento mettendo in pratica i valori GSK, le norme GMP, gli aspetti di Data Integrity, le politiche aziendali in tema di Ambiente e Sicurezza e le aspettative GSK relative ai comportamenti

  • Utilizzerai i sistemi informativi quali SAP, Workday, GERIP WEB, ePel etc;

Qualifiche e competenze :

  • Laurea ad indirizzo tecnico\scientifico

  • Esperienza in ruolo analogo, nella gestione della performance di personale in ambito produttivo

  • Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese (scritta e parlata)

  • Conoscenze tecniche relative al processo di manufacturing

  • Buona padronanza dei sistemi informatici

  • Leadership; capacità comunicative e relazionali con altri enti; attitudine al problem solving; capacità di influenzare; resilienza

  • Un plus è la provenienza dal settore farmaceutico

Per questo ruolo, si richiede la disponibilità a operare su turni (6/14-14/22) e 6/7
