Care Pathways Management: Architect and develop integrated care area solutions that include the full spectrum from smart & sustainable facilities to medical & digital technology planning, workflow optimization, operating governance systems, and clinical services (incl. customer’s workforce upskilling, education & training). Collaborate with customer’s executive team and enable the delivery of their growth priorities at all stages from inception to post-deal closure & delivery of agreed outcomes, enabling innovation though digital & change adoption Design the care pathways go to market strategy in EMEA and co-design/adapt the value props in alignment with the Global team and the Marketing team in EMEA. Position the value & launch the GEHC offering in the market within the relevant care areas/disease areas Build a network of trusted consulting partners and other ecosystem partners that can enable the deployment and the development of integrated solutions Ensure early engagement by increasing market visibility of integrated solutions projects related the clinical pathways and enterprise solutions Innovative Solutions and Strategic Management: Create strategies and lead Public Private Partnerships projects in the region. Develop innovative models of excellent execution and create reference/show-sites to demonstrate the value of GEHC partnership and solutions Support the development and delivery of HC Digital and Clinical Collaborations including co -creation partnership models (Clinical, product, business) in solutions related deals. Drive the emergent foundational models of partnership MES, , as well as support various projects with adequate financing solutions and business models in alignment with healthcare financing services team. Operationalize GEHC care-area focused propositions – particularly for oncology, cardiology and primary care Act as a senior advisor and coach at different levels in customer organizations, building relevant solutions and leveraging the entire GEHC portfolio as required. Structuring and executing large scale, consultative, transformation projects. Cultivate innovation culture. Work closely with Marketing & Commercial team at central level as well as in the Zones to formulate GEHC strategy and identify potential business opportunities. Prepare and deliver clear and insightful executive-level presentations internally and externally. Lead & facilitate clear, consistent,well planned and managed forward looking communications for both the specific change initiaitives; ensuring awareness & transparency and the overall strategy & direction of the Innovative Solutions and Care Pathways team Key competences/ Desired Qualifications Experienced and accomplished commercial and strategic leader within large commercial organisations, with a proven track record of strategy development and subsequent strategic execution; managing the pursuit and delivery of value creation opportunities, business growth, business transformation and change Masters’ degree (PHD would be an asset), MBA or other advanced science (engineering, technology or related discipline) and/or business degree preferred or equivalent knowledge and experience Lean management qualification/skills/certification would be an asset Experience in establishing and leading business-partnering oriented business functions. Proven professional with minimum 10 years of sales/product management, or marketing & healthcare consulting, finance and project management experience Proven years of demonstrated success at a senior management level in product/sales management, clinical, consulting, or large Healthcare, Consultancy or healthcare service providers Experience with complex and structured revenue contracting / pricing methodologies Solid understanding of healthcare system strategy and clinical pathways Excellent executive level presence, with demonstrated ability to create strategic relationship with Hospital COO, CTO, Chief Strategy Officer, Healthcare Authorities etc Exemplary leadership and people management skills. Excellent interpersonal, communication, influencing, problem solving and commercial skills (advanced negotiation skills). Track record in operational management .
