Milano Cortina 2026 will be the first large-scale Olympics in history: 13 Olympic venues, 21 provincial capitals, 2,300 municipalities directly involved, over an area of 22,000 square km. The Milano Cortina 2026 Organizing Committee has been established in 2019 with the purpose of organizing Olympic and Paralympic Games in compliance with the Host City Contract signed jointly by the International Olympic Committee (IOC), the two cities of Milano and Cortina and the Italian National Olympic Committee (CONI). Furthermore, the Italian Paralympic Committee, the Regions of Lombardy and Veneto, as well as the Autonomous Provinces of Trento and Bolzano/Bozen are all partners in this major national-level project, with the support of the Italian Government. We are seeking a highly motivated individual to join our team as a Global Public Digital Ticketing Coordinator. In this role, you will play a crucial part in supporting the roll-out of the Global Public Sales and Servicing Strategy for Olympic and Paralympic tickets. Collaborating closely with MC26 MarComs, Technology, and Ticket Service Provider teams, you will ensure the implementation of the most optimal ticket purchase experience for consumers, ticketing launches, campaigns, and special initiatives. Key Responsibilities: Support the achievement of all IOC/IPC milestones related to Public ticketing. Collaborate with MarComs for ticketing-related information, sales-driving proactive messaging, FAQs, and ensure top-level customer service with the Ticket Service Provider. Assist with the Ticket Sales platform implementation from both user and back-office admin standpoints, including testing before key phase launch moments. Develop and deploy final stage contingency plans for last-minute sales programs, Games-time sales, and ticketing-related communications. Essential Requirements: Strong business and inter-functional area team skills. Knowledge of Ticketing and Digital processes & systems (B2C & B2B2C), including web and app consumer journeys. Experience in Ticketing communication and/or support services with a customer care orientation. Group ticket sales experience, facilitating relationships, and actioning programs. Fluency in Italian and proficient English. High level of skill with Digital APPs, e-commerce flows, web site sales tools, and content preparation for web components MS Office Excel, PPT, and Word. Desirable Skills: Contact Center experience. Digital marketing, CRM, and/or social advertising experience.
