What you would do as our Technical Sales and Product Support – DAS In order to succeed in the role we are expecting great IT capabilities, knowledge on digital solutions and capability to handle tasks under continuous pressure. You would be working in close collaboration with our customers & company internal and external experts. We expect fluent written and spoken English to maintain good quality in communication. You would also: • To Provide 2nd line support to technical partners in the market • Work with customers / employees to identify the correct solution that address their needs, from technical to budget point of view. • Work with customers / employees to identify installation or specification problems and advising on the correct solution. • Provide detailed project quote. • Provide training on Digital and Access Solutions products to both internal staff and external customers. • To develop knowledge of customers (their needs, problems, and business) • To provide regular reports on KPI’s • To understand the market and competitors • Maintain Digital and Access Solutions Document Management to ensure accurate and up to date information is available. • Attend technical and sales customer presentations. • Drive/participate in major incident handling. • Beta testing: co-ordinate and run proper beta test • Active collaboration with the upper level EMEIA The skills and experience you need. We are looking for someone who: • Educated to University degree level in an Engineering discipline (or similar) with some postgraduate work experience. Experience of working in a multicultural team and in an international environment would be useful • Experienced in producing and delivering technical/product training, interactive as well as hands on, small groups and in front of larger audiences• Good team player who understands the importance of meeting deadlines and who thrives in a busy, challenging environment.• Very strong technical troubleshooting and Analytical Skills• An excellent communicator who can explain sometimes complicated concepts to managers and others across the region• Have a strong passion for Digital Products• Have the drive to see and engage in activities• Have good understanding of IT technologies•
