About the job The HR Senior Specialist position is a fantastic opportunity to join a diverse and dynamic global HR Operations team. In this role, you will be part of a global HR support team delivering a seamless and positive employee experience at all levels in the organization. As part of the Global HR Operations team, you will be the connection point between the employees and the Global HR function. You will provide day to day HR support to employees at our Moncalieri site in Italy while also supporting HR transactions for our employee populations in Greece, Turkey and United Arab Emirates. Administer all local HR operational activities to support the employees and business activities You will ensure efficiency and accuracy across transactional HR Operations responsibilities aligned to all phases of the employee lifecycle, including but not limited to: Data entry and audits in local and global HR systems, including HRIS and time and absence tools and systems Support recruitment activities and coordinate with Hiring Managers and our Talent Acquisition team Issue employment contracts and agreements Facilitate new joiner processes to ensure completion of all requirements, including compliance with training requirements and internal processes for new joiners Administration and support of local policies and benefits Monitoring and updating local policies and ensuring compliance Maintain employee files, making certain files are compliant with statutory and regulatory requirements and aligned to internal procedures Support offboarding processes for employees, handle inquiries, prepare required documentation and partner with internal teams to facilitate a well-coordinated exit Support and coordinate requirements for disciplinaries, as directed by HRBPs Liaise with internal support functions to coordinate workflows and ensure successful and timely completion of internal procedures. Key stakeholder groups may include, but are not limited to: Global HR colleagues: HRIS, Talent Acquisition, HRBPs and other internal support functions: IT, Legal, Finance, Operations. What do we look for? 4 years' experience in HR/People Operations role, ideally within a multinational company environment. Experience and understanding of requirements, regulations and data privacy guidelines in Italy. Full professional fluency in Italian and English is required (spoken and written) Location: Commuting distance to Moncalieri, Italy required. We offer a hybrid work arrangement.
