Job description abstract :Inserted in an international and global team, the resource will be involved in the implementation of the Business Continuity Management System all around the world and will be involved in the management of the Boards of all the regions in which the Company is present

Job description :Support the establishment of a methodology to manage all business continuity life cycle activities, including, risk assessment, business impact analysis, critical resources gathering, strategy definition, plan implementation and drafting, testing and exercise, plans maintenance and updating.

Inserted in an international and global team, the resource will be involved in the implementation of the Business Continuity Management System all around the world and will be involved in the management of the Boards of all the regions in which the Company is present.

Main activities are:

  • Support the improvement of the Business Continuity Management System
  • Develop Business Continuity plans to ensure continuity of operation for the critical process.
  • Organize and support the Incident response teams to test documented plans.
  • Analyze impact on, and risk to, essential business functions to identify acceptable recovery time periods and resource requirements.
  • Review existing crisis management and business continuity plans.
  • Evaluate applicable laws and regulations to determine impact on organizational activities.

Required Skills :

  • Process analysis and description skills
  • Strong human relations skills to interface with management and staff at all levels within the organization
  • Project management and/or event management experience is an asset
  • Solid understanding of technology elements is an asset
  • Ability to multi-task, work in a multi-team environment, understand and be responsive to internal customer needs, work under tight deadlines, and work independently

Language :Fluently English is required

Certification :Business Continuity Industry Certification(s) from DRII (CBCP/MBCP), Business Continuity Institute, ISO22301, BCM Auditor are preferred

Work experience :1-2 years’ experience in business continuity planning and/or risk management, disaster recovery are preferred
