Financial & Tax Process Specialist

Our Client is a leading international Corporation operating in the Automotive and Industrial Components markets as a Tier1. In order to strengthen their F&A Department in Italy, they're looking for a Financial & Tax Process Specialist. Posizione: - Provide tax advice to the various organizational units on direct taxes (IRES, IRAP) and indirect taxes (VAT, registration and local taxes), supporting the preparation of tax declaration including tax reporting requirements; - Support the Tax & Treasury Departments in managing relations and contacts with others Functions, Departments and business areas - both on local italian level and international; - Manage internal tax training and activities related to updates of tax regulations, with particular focus on the review of business processes; - Support the implementation of transfer pricing policies, analyzing contracts and circulars to the network especially intercompany related; - Organize and update the company’s tax database; - Managing the relation with External Audit and Consultancy Firms, supporting in the event of tax audits and in the stages of tax litigation. - Forecast tax predictions to senior managers and tax pack preparation yearly-quarterly. Requisiti: - Degree / Master Degree in Economics; - 4-6 Years of experience in Tax, External Audit, Financial Teams both in a Corporate multinational environment or in a B4/Advisory Firm; - Strong competence on Excel and accounting digital tools and software; - Precision, attention to details, flexibility in managing both the role by a technical point of view and in interfacing with internal and external stakeholders.
