Product Certification Specialist

Our Client, an international corporation leader in the production of complex automatic machines, is looking for a: PRODUCT CERTIFICATION SPECIALIST

Accountability and Objectives :

• Manage the product certification in the assigned R&D Projects supporting the robust design of the machines

• Manage Certification activities with international Notify Bodies to keep updated the EU Reg/directives and Standards database

• Manage the technical documentation (user manuals)

• Improve the quality of service “certification & technical documentation” Key Responsibilities :

• Assure the product certification (Machinery Directive, Noise, Emissions, EMC, RoHS, REACH, etc) for new products by external notified bodies for all the machines

• Edit user manuals and manage their translations with external services

• Assure Product Compliance updates in Product Maintenance

• Support R&D for Project development & Experimental testings

• Support Quality Plants in Process Controls

• Support Sales & Marketing on commercial proposals and end user technical data

• Support Legal department in Market Surveillance Skills & qualifications :

• Mechanical/Electrical/Electronical High School Diploma

• 2-3 years experience_ _preferably in Automotive, Household Electrical Appliances or other high level mechanical activities including assembly, test and validation about pumps, motors, product etc.

• Knowledge of Machinery Directive is appreciated

• Good English both oral and written.
