In the past nine years, AQUAZZURA has become available in over 58 countries within the top retailers of the world with boutiques in Florence, London, New York, Miami, Doha, Dubai, Milan, São Paulo, Capri The candidate will be working closely to provide first line support to the Wholesale Department, assisting in the day-to-day management of the activities and responsible for the showroom management. Responsibilities and general duties: Administrative support to the Merchandising and Sales Team; Generating weekly updated stock list and seasonal mark-down list; Market preparation setting up the sales instruments (linesheets, price lists,…) and organizational support to Nuorder platform upload and maintenance; Showroom management and sales campaign organization (samples sets movements, display set-up, freelance staff management – models and catering,) Assistance to the Sales Team during the market sessions, keeping constantly updated the sales information and instruments, supporting with orders entry; Compiling sales analysis during markets and post-market recaps for production launches; Support the Wholesale & Franchising department for general communications to the clients and monitoring the online pricing; Supporting the Customer service, checking and updating the clients data-base and sending out the Order Confirmations after each sales campaign; Weekly & Monthly sales reporting (checking and uploading reports from k-clients, styles performances, consolidated sell-thru report combining retail and wholesale); Ad hoc reporting / analysis / presentations. Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the luxury fashion industry, with strong retail and wholesale background across worldwide markets; Bachelor’s degree. Must have: Excellent communication skills; Excellent operational skills on digital platforms such as SAM (ERP2), Gestsy, Qlik, NuOrder and Prewarp; Ability to prioritize tasks, and ensure delivery of results within tight deadlines; Ability to build relationship and networking easily; Advanced knowledge of Excel; Good knowledge of Italian and English, other languages will be a plus; Excellent sense of aesthetics and sensitivity to details, aiming to image perfection and data preciseness; Availability to travel to headquarter (Firenze).
