In the context of the DRW STEM Girls event taking place from May 13th to 17th,  PwC is seeking recent graduates or current students in STEM fields. Edge - Deals and Strategy & Value Creation - Graduate Programme for EMEA is a unique opportunity to launch your career: a three-year programme tailored by PwC across Europe, Middle East and Africa (EMEA).  The Edge Programme offers the opportunity to experience 3 different Business Units in Italy, participate in international events, receive technical and business skills training, obtain a professional certification and, for top performers, do an International Exchange. During the last year of the Edge Programme you will specialize in a specific Business Unit where you will build your professional career. You will learn from hands-on coaching and an outstanding variety of work, picking up business, personal and technical skills you can use across the network, and throughout your professional life. We are currently offering internship opportunities in the following Business Units (period: March-August 2024). After the successful completion of the internship you will become part of the Edge Programme starting in September 2024. Merger & Acquisition M&A Infrastructure Tech M&A & Ventures Valuation & Economics Transaction Services/ Financial Due Diligence Data & Analytics Deals Strategy Delivering Deal Value/ Post-Deal Integration Restructuring  Turnaround Management Insolvency Financial Services Roles and Responsibilities As an Intern you will be part of a team of problem solvers, helping to solve complex business issues from strategy to execution. What do we expect from you during the internship? Be curious and try new things. Learn about how PwC works as a business and adds value to clients. Think broadly and ask questions about data, facts and other information. Support research, analysis and problem solving using a variety of tools and techniques. Produce high quality work which adheres to the relevant professional standards. Keep up-to-date with technical developments for area of specialism. Handle, manipulate and analyze data and information responsibly. Communicate confidently in a clear, concise and articulate manner - verbally and in materials produced.
