Milano Cortina 2026 will be the first large-scale Olympics in history: 13 Olympic venues, 21 provincial capitals, 2,300 municipalities directly involved, over an area of 22,000 square km. The Milano Cortina 2026 Organizing Committee has been established in 2019 with the purpose of organizing Olympic and Paralympic Games in compliance with the Host City Contract signed jointly by the International Olympic Committee (IOC), the two cities of Milano and Cortina and the Italian National Olympic Committee (CONI). Furthermore, the Italian Paralympic Committee, the Regions of Lombardy and Veneto, as well as the Autonomous Provinces of Trento and Bolzano/Bozen are all partners in this major national-level project, with the support of the Italian Government. We are currently looking for a talented CRM Marketing Specialist to join our team and spearhead the execution of marketing strategies and automations aimed at driving user engagement and growth. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in implementing and managing marketing campaigns geared towards enhancing user engagement, converting users into customers, boosting CLTV, and minimizing churn. Collaboration with key stakeholders across various departments will be essential to optimize CRM campaigns and track performance metrics effectively. Responsibilities: Develop and execute CRM strategies to optimize customer engagement and retention. Design and implement multi-channel marketing campaigns, including email and newsletters. Analyze customer data and campaign performance to derive insights and provide recommendations. Collaborate closely with sales and product teams to align marketing efforts with business objectives. Build and deploy CRM campaigns using Salesforce. Create personalized customer journeys and automated workflows. Manage audience segmentation lists and translate data into actionable insights. Coordinate and collaborate across the organization with digital, creative, marketing, product, sales, and other teams to execute highly effective campaigns. Create and deploy marketing email campaigns to drive purchase conversions. Continuously monitor and optimize campaigns for maximum performance and conversion rates. Drive engagement and retention strategies by identifying and analyzing customer segments and gathering insights based on past behavioral data. Develop a reporting cadence on performance and optimize against key metrics, including CTR, open rates, registration, and engagement. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. At least 3 years of relevant experience in CRM and email marketing. Knowledge of Salesforce Marketing Cloud, with hands-on experience. Familiarity with GDPR laws and compliance. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Creative mindset with a keen eye for detail. Ability to manage multiple projects under pressure and tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Positive, open-minded, enterprising, and problem-solving attitude. Results-oriented, punctuality, and precision in activity delivery. Dynamic and flexible approach. Familiarity with the sports landscape. Excellent spoken and written Italian and English skills.
