Within the Group Financial Reporting Risk & Data Quality team we are looking for a ITGC Analyst. The job-holder reports to the Head of Financial Reporting Risk Coordination & Monitoring. He/She will be in charge of Coordination of the implementation, upkeeping and monitoring of the Integrated Data Quality System framework with specific reference to the IT process controls related to the Information Technology processes that support the execution of business processes (ITGC), also through direct intervention in the Group Companies.

Key responsabilities of the role will include:

  • Management and reporting of Financial Reporting Risk (FRR) from Information Technology point of view (IT General control and IT Application control) with dedicated IT tools (control documentation, ITGC framework - action plans - tests)
  • Coordinate and monitor the effective implementation of the ITGC/ITAC operating model (control identification/valuation of FRR and related controls - action plans - tests) performed by the Group Companies in scope for preparing adequate administrative and accounting procedures
  • Define functional requirements for the developing of the Group IT systems used for the ITGC and ITAC activities and the FRR assessment
  • Support the proper development and maintenance of the main projects executed by the Group Financial Reporting Risk & Data Quality organizational structure

Must have

  • 3-5 years of experience regarding internal control activities and organizational context
  • Graduate in management or IT engineering
  • Knowledge of IT audit technique and tools

Nice to have

  • Previous advisory and/or audit experience
  • Knowledge of ACL and MS Access
  • IT Audit certification (CISA, CRISC)
  • Knowledge of other languages (French, German, Spanish)
