Junior Accountant

What will you do?

Smartpricing is expanding its Accounting and Finance department in response to growing internal demand for accounting services.

The Junior Accountant will report to the administration manager and will handle the day-to-day, full-cycle of accounting activities with the opportunity to take on higher level responsibilities. Those initial responsibilities include the following:

• Manage full-cycle Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable and Payroll.

• Manage the smart trip program , contribution and other employee benefits.

• Manage, review and process the staff expense reimbursement reports.

• Prepare accruals and reconciliations accounts: bank reconciliations, reconcile Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, and other Balance Sheet accounts.

• Provide support to staff regarding payroll and related issues.

• Support the preparation of the monthly reporting, the annual financial statement and the quarterly one.

• Support the implementation of the new financial accounting software.

• Guarantee the compliance. :

• Support the administration office management and the manager activities.

What are we looking for?

You should have:

• At least three (3) years of professional accounting experience including experience managing the full cycle of accounting transactions.

• A University degree in accounting. :

• Advanced Excel skills. :

• Expertise with financial accounting software.

• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively on assignments

• Strong time management , organizational, attention to detail and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to learn new software and technologies quickly.

• Excellent communications (written and verbal) skills with a professional proficiency in English.
