If you are fluent in Italian' German' or French and wish to work in an international environment' then you could be the next member of his team Location: Thessaloniki' Greece Working Model: Onsite You will be reporting to Customer Service Supervisor What you will do: As an Italian' German and French Customer Advisor' you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and resolving inquiries from customers through various channels such as phone' email' and chat. More specifically: - Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction. - Provide accurate' valid' and complete information by using the right methods/tools - Handle customer complaints' provide appropriate solutions and alternatives, follow up to ensure resolution. - Direct unresolved requests and issues to internal departments and follow up to ensure resolution.
