What you will be doing at Webhelp As an Italian-Speaking Customer Support Advisor for an Insurance company, you will: Receive telephone calls or chats from clients wishing to obtain various types of information concerning their insurance policy Depending on the case, the request will be processed via a transaction in our client policy administration system, and/or by the writing and sending of replies to letters/emails, information, contract documents, etc., to the insured. Indexation &, electronic archiving in our document management tool. Policy change requests, updating payment details Make claims and cancel requests. We’ll be a great match if you: Have a high level of Italian (C2) and fluency in English (B2) Have previous customer experience is a plus Have excellent verbal and writing skills coupled with a formal and diplomatic stance Are proactive, self-motivated, and a great team player Are non-EU residents, it is mandatory to have a valid work permit.
