Now_ What are we looking for? - Advance Degree in Chemistry, Biology or CTF;- PhD in Analytical Chemistry is a preference; - At least 2-3 years laboratory experience in analytical chemistry and organic synthesis; - Good level of English. - Ability to use lab instruments such as mass spectrometry and analytical separation technologies. What will you be doing? - Independently carrying out analytical tests using various analytical equipment: HPLC, GC, LC-MS, IC, KF, FT-IR and ICP-OES;- Leading development, validation, documentation and implementation of analytical methods; - Preparing scientific or technical reports or presentations for analytical development and analysis; - Maintaining, troubleshooting, calibrating and verifying performance of instruments. - Comprehensive reporting of experimental results - Internal experience will be evaluated according with the scope of the role._ What are the most important soft skills for the role? - Innovative mindset;- Accuracy; - Strong organizational and time-management skills with ability to coordinate and prioritize multiple projects; - Excellent interpersonal skills and proven ability to foster strong relationships with other team members and stakeholders; - Demonstrated ability to work independently hands-on as well as within a multi-functional team; - Initiative to offer or try new approaches to make the team and the company more successful. - Valagro is an equal opportunity employer committed to hiring a diverse workforce and sustaining an inclusive culture._
